BUYING GUIDE

Shopping at yellowshop.es is very easy! Follow these steps:

1. Choose the section (yellow shop, woman, man, etc.) and then the product type.

2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.

3. Select an item and add it to your card. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

4. If you would like to process your order you can do by registering as a customer.

5. Choose the address you want to receive the order.

6. Select a payment method.

7. Confirm the order.

8. You will receive an email confirming your order. This step can be delayed if you make the purchase on a no working day.

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can currently shop in Spain, Portugal, France, Monaco, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, UK and Luxemburg.

If your country is not on the list before and you are interested in buying you can contact us via info@yellowshop.es and we will try to help you as far as possible.

Shipping costs

- Spain and Portugal (excluded Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) : FREE

- Balearic Islands: 1’95€

- Other countries of the EU: 6’95€

The deliveries of Yellow Shop orders will be carried out by the transport agency of each country.

DELIVERY

Home delivery process

You can receive the order in the address you choose (home, work, etc. but never in a post office box). If you have chosen home delivery the courier will go to the given address. In case of being absent, he will get in touch with you via SMS or phone call in the phone number provided in the order. The second delivery will be carried out in the date agreed on the phone call.

Store delivery process (only available in Spain)

If you have chosen store delivery in one of our shops located in Spain, you will receive a text message from NACEX when your order has arrived or we will call the telephone number provided to notify you. From that moment, you will have 15 days to pick up the order. If the due date is over and you haven't picked it up, we will understand that you want to cancel the order and we will proceed to refund the full amount of the order in the same way as the payment was done.

Anyway, it is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who has purchased the order.

Once the order has been made, the method of delivery may not be changed. If any other issue, you can get in touch with us via info@yellowshop.es and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders made from any country (and Balearic Islands) shipping may take up to 3-6 working days. This period does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

PAYMENT

In Yellow Shop we offer several payment methods. You should know that payments made to us are 100% secure, which is one of the main reasons why millions of customers have already trusted us.

Credit Card

You can pay by credit or debit card. Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, 4B, Servired, Euro 6000 are accepted.

Yellow Shop does not have access to our clients' bank account details. We include SSL security protocol for so that personal and confidential details (credit card number, expiration date and CSV code) are sent directly in encrypted code through the bank’s server without registering in our server.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account you can make the payment of you order using it. You just have to click on the "PAYPAL" option in the payment method and "Make Payment" in order to provide your personal details.

RETURNS

Returns in Yellow Shop are FREE for orders made in Spain and Portugal (Balearic Islands and other countries are not included). Also you can return your purchase for free in one of our stores.

All returns in Yellow Shop must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirmation. Beyond that period returns will not be accepted.

We will only accept items that have not been used and in its original box and in turn, inside their delivery box or a similar one. Items in bad conditions, used or without its original packaging will not be accepted.

Yellow Shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or informed beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same conditions as when they were received.

Return process

If you do not like the item purchased and you want to apply for a return, you first have to send an email to info@yellowshop.es and give the following information:

- Name and surname

- Order number (Ex; AAA000000)

- Reason why you are giving the order back

Next step, our Customer Service will contact you via mail to arrange the return process.

Returns for orders made in Balearic Islands you must sent the parcel to the following address:

Returns for orders made in others countries (not Spain or Portugal) you must send the parcel to the following address:

For the returns from Balearic Islands and other countries (Spain and Portugal are not included) the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

At present, we do not accept exchanges online so the only way to exchange a product would be to return it and purchase another one. You need to follow the return process.

The only way to make a size or color exchange would be to go to one of our Yellow Shop stores, as long as the store has the item in stock.

Yellow Shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or informed beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same conditions as when they were received.

REFUND

Regardless of your return option, our Customer Service will proceed to refund the full cost of your order in the same way that the order was made. The refund will not take more than 3-5 working days for orders within Spain and Portugal, depending on your bank.

The refund for orders made from the rest of the European Union may take up to 14-21 working days since the customer sent the parcel.

For cash on delivery, the refunds will be made through bank transfer payment, so you will need to send us your bank account number in order to receive the refund. The refund will not take more than 24-48h since we receive the parcel, depending on your bank.

Remember that you must inform as of your choice of return method by sending an email to info@yellowshop.es.

FAULTY ITEMS OR OTHER ISSUES

If an item has a defect or there has been a mistake in shipping, send an email to info@yellowshop.es in order to inform us of the problem. After checking it, we will proceed to refund you the full amount, including shipping fees.

Yellow Shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or informed beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same conditions as when they were received.
