SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Other countries of the EU zone additional charge of 6.95€

The deliveries of Yellow Shop orders will be carried out by the transport agency of each country.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

You can get the order in the address you choose but never in a post office. If you have chosen home delivery, the courier will go to the given address. In case of being absent, he will get in touch with you via SMS or phone call in the phone number provided in the order. The second delivery will be carried out in the date agreed on the phone call.

If you choose the option store delivery in one of our shops, you will get a confirmation saying that the order is ready to be handed in. From that moment, you will have 15 days to pick up the order. If the due date is over and you haven't picked it up, we will understand that you want to cancel the order and we will proceed to refund the full amount of the order in the same way as the payment was done.

Once the order has been made, the method of delivery may not be changed. If any other problem, you can get in touch with us via info@yellowshop.es and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders made from any other countries in the European Union, shipping may take up to 2-6 working days. This period does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

You can track your order though "MY ACCOUNT" in the part " LAST ORDERS".

PAYMENTS

In Yellow Shop we offer several payment methods. You should know that payments made to us are 100% secure, which is one of the main reasons why millions of customers have already trusted us.

  • Credit Card
  • You can pay by credit or debit card. Visa, Visa electrón, Mastercard, 4B, Servired, Euro 6000 are accepted.

    Yellow Shop does not have access to our clients' bank account details. We include SSL security protocol for so that personal and confidential details ( credit card number, expiration date and CSV code) are sent directly in encrypted code through the bank’s server without registering in our server.

  • Paypal
  • If you have a Paypal account you can make the payment of you order using it. You just have to click on the "PAYPAL" option in the payment method and " Make Payment" in order to provide your personal details.

    RETURNS

    Returns in Yellow Shop are FREE in the peninsula and in all the Yellow Shop stores.

    If you do not like the item purchased and you want to apply for a return, you first have to send an email to info@yellowshop.es and give the following information:

          -Name and surname

          -Order number (Ex; AAA000000)

          -Reason why you are giving the order back

    In Yellow Shop you have a period of 30 working days from the delivery date to return your order for free. After that period returns will not be accepted. We only accept items that haven't been used and in its original box and in turn, inside their delivery box or a similar one. Items in bad conditions, used or without its original packaging will not be accepted.

    RETURN OPTION FOR ORDERS IN THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

    If you have made the order from another country of the European Union (not Spain or Portugal) and you wish to return the order, you must send the parcel to the following address:

    REFUNDS

    Regardless of your return option, our Customer Service will proceed to refund the full cost of your order in the same way that the order was made. The refund will not take more than 3 days for orders within Spain and Portugal.

    The refund for orders made from the rest of the European Union may take up to 15 days since the customer sent the parcel.

    For cash on delivery, the refunds will be made through bank transfer payment, so you will need to send us your bank account number in order to receive the refund.

    EXCHANGES

    At present, we do not accept exchanges online so the only way to Exchange a product would be to return it and purchase another.

    The only way to make an exchange would be to go to one of our Yellow Shops, as long as the store has the item in stock. If the price is higher than the price of product returned, we will only charge you for the difference. If the price is lower, the difference will return through the same card used on your purchase.

    If you notice that the price is not correct, get in touch with our Customer Service department and we will solve it as soon as possible.

    Yellow Shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or informed of out of time or items that are not in the same conditions as when they were purchased.

    DEFECTS / INCIDENCES

    If an item has a defect or there has been a mistake in shipping, send an email to info@yellowshop.es in order to inform us of the problem. After checking it, we will proceed to refund you the full amount, including shipping fees.

    Yellow Shop reserves the right to reject returns sent or informed of out of time or items that are not in the same conditions as when they were purchased.
